Artist handling covers everything that goes into looking after artists at live events, from the first pre-production call to the moment they leave the venue. JAM specialises in the operational and logistical side of that process, and can be brought in for the full scope or for specific parts where you need an extra pair of experienced hands.

Artist advancing is the process of making sure every detail of a show is confirmed, coordinated and ready to go before an artist sets foot on stage. From technical requirements to travel arrangements, JAM handles all communication between the artist and the venue or festival, so nothing is left to chance. Shows are advanced across all formats, from one-off performances and club nights to festivals and full tours.

Over the past years JAM has taken on various artist handling roles at some of the Netherlands' leading festivals and events, including Awakenings, Mysteryland, Mystic Garden, Fiesta Macumba Festival, and Amsterdam Open Air, each with a different scope, each executed with the same level of care and attention to detail.
