Artist Handling at Awakenings Upclose 2025 took place once again at Spaarnwoude, following the same structure of a build-up period, two show days, and a day of breakdown. In the days leading up to the event the focus was on preparing the festival site, getting backstage areas and stages ready and making sure everything was in order before the first artists arrived. On the show days the role covered artist desk coordination — acting as the central point of communication for the artist team, handling radio communication, check-ins, scheduling, directing runners, and troubleshooting issues across the artist area.
