Artist Coordinator North at Mysteryland 2025 was one of the largest productions I have been part of to date. The festival at Haarlemmermeer was divided into a north and south zone, each with its own check-in and artist coordination team. As artist coordinator for the north side, I oversaw the stages in that zone, which included the mainstage, Hardstyle Elite, Vunzige Deuntjes, Nachtcollege and Trance Energy.
The build-up took a week, followed by two show days and a day of breakdown. In the lead-up I was involved in preparing all the stages in my zone and the south side and making sure everything was in order before show days. On the show days I managed the check-in team and the artist crew, keeping communication running smoothly and resolving anything that came up across the area.
Most things ran well and issues were generally straightforward to deal with. It was a demanding weekend that required constant oversight across multiple stages and a large team, and one I came away from with a lot of satisfaction.
